I'm finally in Idaho, but not for long. I'm still on Interstate 90, it will be that way until I get to Mount Rushmore. But on a good note, the rest stops are awesome! The gas prices are all over the place. I have either a 40 or 50 gallon tank and it cost a small fortune to fill up (that's why I dry dock to save a little for gas!). I have paid anywhere from $3.09 a gallon to $2.37! I use gas buddy and if I fill up when I'm on half empty and I near a city it makes a big difference in price. The Interstate is always going to cost you more! The big boys (Chevron, 76, etc) are the highest. I loved Oregon as they have attendants that fill up your car. They wash windows and even check your oil if you ask! I remember that growing up!😁 Best prices are the small independent station, I'm trying to stay under $2.50 a gallon range! My propane has last a long time, I still have 2/3 of a tank full. My frig is doing great after that "reboot", I had to reboot it a couple of times since, but it not a problem, I just check it whenever I switch over making sure that little light is green!
I'm at Wolf Lodge in Idaho, I got a pretty nice spot under trees. The grounds are beautiful but it is right by the Interstate. And being almost under it makes those trucks even louder and they are driving through all night. A family with tents came and I don't see how they could sleep with the loud noise. Plus the fact it was in the 90's and then about 3 am it got down to 61! I had the ac on and then the heater, was hot then cold.. crazy weather. It suppose to be pretty hot all week, I'm hoping that as I drive through Montana it will get cooler. I need to find a Petsmart that has grooming as Mo needs his nail cut ASAP! I hoping that the one in Missoula can do it! Ok, here are some pictures of the camp in Idaho:
